When you rent with Livlyt, we cover 80% of the repair or replacement costs for damages of any kind.
These special terms and conditions for the product Damage Cover ("Damage Cover") apply to every order you place with LivLyt.
These special terms and conditions ("Damage Cover") apply to all agreements, which are concluded regarding services provided at www.livlyt.com (hereafter "website") which include the Damage Cover product.
Notwithstanding Clause 4 of Standard Rental Agreement and Following Livlyt’s Terms of Use, the customer's deductible in the following cases of damage shall be reduced to 20% of the damage incurred:
If one of the aforementioned cases of damage occurs, the customer is obliged to inform the provider immediately in writing of all details of the event which led to the damage to the object and to return the goods to Livlyt on request. A one-time service fee may apply for the damage claim processing.
The following claims are not included in the above reduction of the customer's deductible:
The customer's responsibility pursuant to Clause 7 of Livlyt’s Terms of Use shall remain with the customer for the aforementioned cases of damage as well as in the event of non-fulfilment of the requirements for the reduced deductible.
Claim limit:
Damage cover protection is applicable only for one claim, through the subscription period. In case of more than one accidental damage claim during the subscription tenure, LivLyt shall charge the subscriber the repairs or replacement costs, as per actuals.
The provider is entitled at any time to make changes to the Damage Cover in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use. In all other respects,Livlyt’s Terms of Use shall apply.
